This Lincoln Impinger pizza oven is in Excellent condition both functionally and cosmetically. It was acquired from a local School System where it was surplus equipment and was hardly ever used. This oven is in EXCEPTIONAL condition and has been thoroughly tested by us to ensure full functionality.
As with all pre-owned equipment there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches and minor blemishes. If any exist, they are minor in nature and in no way affect the performance.
Description:
The Lincoln 2502 Impinger® oven is designed for countertop use. It has one deck with a standard 31-inch conveyor. This model bakes slower and produces less noise than other conveyor ovens, so it can be used in kitchens that are visible to customers. The unit is mounted on 4-inch-tall legs that offer proper ventilation.
Users can adjust the temperature of the Lincoln 2502 countertop conveyor oven to a level between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. They can also set the cook time between 30 seconds and 15 minutes. These and other options can be managed using the digital controls.
