Preset temperatures range from 175 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, with an option for manual settings to suit various cooking needs. A manual tilt mechanism facilitates pan emptying, while standard etch marks assist with portioning. Made of durable stainless steel, the unit includes a faucet bracket for added functionality.
