This Cleveland Kettle is in outstanding condition, both functionally and cosmetically. It has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced, and tested, ensuring 100% functionality with no issues. We acquired this unit from a local school system, where it was installed but, according to the kitchen manager, never used. Despite its lack of use, the kettle was maintained under a service agreement, receiving professional inspections twice per year to ensure compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

This unit includes splashproof solid-state temperature controls, along with low-water and temperature monitoring. LED indicator lights provide clear feedback on heat cycle settings and water levels, enhancing user convenience.

With a 40-gallon capacity, this tilting kettle ensures even heating for soups, stews, and chilis, eliminating hot or cold spots. Its full steam jacket design maintains consistent cooking temperatures. Built from high-quality stainless steel, it resists rust, corrosion, warping, and dents—making it ideal for high-volume use. The permanently sealed steam jacket contains treated distilled water, ensuring sanitary cooking conditions.
