Description:

The unit also has sturdy, solid wood sides. Its attractive and eye-catching curved glass front gives your food excellent visibility. The dual zone design features a refrigerated and unrefrigerated section.
The refrigerated section maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to store chilled foods. Its 1/4 hp compressor uses R-290 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. The dry, unrefrigerated section is great for showcasing your fresh donuts, muffins, bagels, and specialty breads. To promote product visibility and retrieval, the unit boasts bright and even LED interior lighting. The easily replaceable, energy-efficient LEDs generate less heat than fluorescent bulbs to keep internal temperatures low, and because they last significantly longer than other lights, you'll save money on replacement costs over time. Plus, the lights inside this cabinet are safety shielded to prevent breakage.
The construction of this unit is designed with commercial use in mind. It features a black exterior with a white, powder-coated interior made out of cold rolled steel. Additionally, the interior is fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that helps provide structural rigidity and reduce temperature transfer. This unit has self-cleaning RCU technology to reduce energy consumption while maintaining cool temperatures.
The sliding glass doors on the back of the unit provide excellent product visibility. Plus, the sliding style doors require less clearance than that of a swinging door and are less obtrusive for easier loading and unloading. This unit includes six heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable to help organize your ingredients in an efficient way. Each shelf has a weight capacity of 150 lb., and all together, they can hold up to (8) 18" x 26" pans and (12) 12" x 18" pans (sold separately)! This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
