This Cleveland Braising Pan is in Exceptional condition both cosmetically and functionally. This pan came from an equipment dealer's demo, test kitchen. It was only used a few times for demonstration purposes. This pan has NEVER been used commercially. It is LIKE NEW.

Description
With the 40 gallon Cleveland SGL-40-T1 PowerPan natural gas open base tilt skillet, you can cook up to 100 lb. of ground beef or make up to 37 gallons of soup at once! Its high efficiency Power Burner forced air gas combustion system with automatic ignition provides up to 200,000 BTU of cooking power for superb heat-up and recovery times. A tilt skillet / braising pan like this one can grill, braise, steam vegetables, simmer soups and sauces, or even fry chicken!
Designed for versatility and ease of use, this unit also has a 160,000 BTU setting that allows you to save money when the full power isn't needed! This tilting skillet's stainless steel clad 5/8" thick cooking surface is "bead blasted" to help prevent food from sticking, and it is also highly resistant to warping. Splash-proof controls, an easy-to-turn manual hand tilt mechanism, and a large pouring lip ensure ease of use and years of dependable service. With a temperature range of 100-450 degrees Fahrenheit, you'll be able to use this unit for a wide variety of cooking tasks.
A low, 35" rim height makes the Cleveland SGL-40-T1 40 gallon gas tilting skillet easy to operate even for shorter users, while improving safety by reducing the risk of burns. A handy "10 degree" cooking feature lets you tilt the skillet up to 10 degrees while it's turned on, allowing you to skim off liquids.
