The Crown Steam ECTRS-16S countertop tilt skillet equips kitchens to braise, sauté boil, fry, and perform myriad other kitchen tasks. This versatile piece of equipment has a 16-gallon capacity. Users can set the pan's temperature to a level between 160 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
This Crown Steam ECTRS-16S countertop braising pan is made of stainless steel to resist dents and rust. Gallon markings are etched into the pan, enabling operators to measure quantities of ingredients. The sides of the pan slope outward to maximize access to the cooking surface, and users can shift the pan's contents around by moving the tilting handle's heat-resistant knob.
