This Vulcan 60 Gallon Kettle is in EXCELLENT Condition, showing only minimal signs of usage. It was purchased from a local school system where it was surplus equipment and rarely used. It was maintained under a service agreement and checked out by a Vulcan certified technician every 6 months. It has been FULLY REFURBISHED including being cleaned, serviced and thoroughly tested. This kettle functions perfectly without any issues whatsoever.

You will have a very hard time finding a cleaner, better maintained example of this kettle. As with all used equipment there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches minor dents or dings. Rest assured that if any exist, they are minor in nature, cosmetic only and in no way affect the performance.

This unit comes equipped with a self-locking tilt mechanism that allows the kettle to tilt 95 degrees for quick and easy emptying.

Thanks to the 2/3 jacketed design, this kettle has a larger heat transfer surface area for more thorough cooking. This means you'll have faster heat-up and cook times, and no hot spots or scorched products, which increases production and efficiency. Plus, faster cook times mean less energy used, so your utility bills will be lower. With more even heating, there is less need for frequent stirring or "pot watching." A spring assist hinged cover minimizes evaporation to help retain heat, and a drop down lift handle makes it easy to open and close the lid to access the kettle's contents.
