CONDITION:

These Rational Combi ovens are in EXCEPTIONAL Condition, showing only minimal signs of usage. They were purchased from a local sandwich shop where they were almost exclusively used to bake bread. They have been FULLY REFURBISHED including being cleaned, serviced and thoroughly tested. The ovens functions perfectly without any issues whatsoever.

You will have a very hard time finding a cleaner, better maintained example of these combi ovens. As with all used equipment there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches minor dents or dings. Rest assured that if any exist, they are minor in nature & cosmetic only.

The Rational SCCWE61G Natural Gas SelfCooking Centre brings outstanding performance, high quality finishes and total satisfaction to any kitchen, all within a compact frame. Designed to hold Six (6) Half-size sheet pans (13"x18") or Six (6) Steam table pans (12"x20"x2.5") GN1/1 this unit can produce 60-160 meals per day achieving consistency and excellence every time.

Optimum cooking conditions are guaranteed via the ClimaPlus Control system which automatically adjusts steam and humidity levels when necessary while the Cockpit and Messenger functions notify of all relevant information along the way. With seven cooking applications for all types of ingredients this advanced combination oven learns when perfection has been reached via the intelligent 5 Senses technology, making professional cooking a stress free experience. 

As if this wealth of features isn't enough the SelfCooking Centre automatically cleans itself to maintain components and ensure ultimate equipment longevity.
