This HALLDE(Hobart) food processor is in Exceptional condition both cosmetically and functionally. It was purchased from a local university and was lightly used and maintained under a service agreement. It has been thoroughly cleaned, serviced and tested and functions 100% with no issues whatsoever.
As with all pre owned equipment, there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections. Rest assured that if any exist, they are minor in nature, cosmetic only and in no way affect the performance.

This HALLDE model is marketed by Hobart as their FP-400I-1 model.
RG-400 is HALLDE’s largest and most effective Food Processing Machine that prepares very large volumes, up to 5,000 portions/day or 60 kg/hour. The cutting tool range is broad; slices, dices, grates, shreds, cuts julienne, crimping slices and Potato chips in a wide range of dimensions. There is a broad range of feed attachments and accessories, enabling adaptation to many different needs. RG-400 is a floor model, with a compact shape, of high quality, manufactured in stainless steel, ergonomic and very easy to clean. The cutting tools, feeders and accessories can be cleaned in the dishwasher. RG-400 fulfils all of the requirements that are placed on a professional Food Processor independent of which environment it is used in: restaurants, large sized kitchens, industrial environments, catering or as a part of a production system.
This HALLDE RG400 Food Processor allows you to prepare meals more quickly while maintaining consistency. Large flexible feed hoppers remove precutting and allow you to process large quantities of vegetables, fruit, cheese, dry bread, almonds, chocolate, and other items. requirements.
High Volume
This machine can handle up to 88 pounds of material. 5280 lb. per minute each hour for maximum efficiency, which is ideal for high-volume operations. The slicing plate and feed hopper are available separately. For the convenience of product loading, the hopper is placed at a 45-degree inclination.
Easy Mobility
This machine also has a planetary drive that allows it to process huge loads without stalling. It features a 2 hp motor with 5 amps and plate speeds of 200 and 400 RPM. Two stationary front legs and two caster-equipped rear legs provide stability and movement. This unit's anodized aluminum casing makes it a long-lasting addition
Triple Lock Interlock
When the lid and pusher plate aren't properly in position, an interlocking switch prevents the machine from working.
