Condition:

This Groen Braising Pan is in Excellent condition both functionally and cosmetically. This braising pan was acquired from a school system where it was surplus equipment and rarely used. It has been fully cleaned and tested and functions perfectly without any issues whatsoever. As with all pre owned equipment there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches and minor blemishes. If any exist, they are minor in nature and in no way affect the performance.

Groen BPP-30GA Description

The Groen BPP-30GA gas braising pan features a 30-gallon capacity with a 10-inch pan depth, making it suitable for commercial kitchens that require high-volume cooking. Constructed of stainless steel, the pan’s solid one-piece welded body provides durability, while the cooking surface is reinforced with a 5⁄8-inch thick stainless steel clad plate and welded heat transfer fins for even heat distribution. Its power tilt mechanism facilitates controlled pouring, and the standard graduated etch marks in gallons and liters simplify measuring.

Designed with an IPX6-rated water-resistant housing, the Groen BPP-30GA includes electronic advanced controls with a digital display. It features a temperature range of 175 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, a timer that adjusts between one minute and 10 hours, and manual setting capabilities for precise cooking control. A mounting bracket supports right-side, left-side, or right-rear faucet installation, while a round tubular open-leg base and bullet feet provide stability. This unit operates with electric spark ignition and has a natural gas input of 104,000 BTU per hour.
