A spacious 120 lb. oil capacity combines with powerful cooking and fast recovery technology to provide you with a unit that keeps pace with customer demands on even the busiest of nights. This model boasts a renowned CM3.5 touchpad controller that can be programmed for multiple products to stretch the cook time as needed, providing consistent results regardless of the load! It has an audible alarm, controlled boil-out, programmable "shake" and "hold" times, an LED screen that displays a cooking time countdown, and other helpful features.
The fryer's high-output performance is rivaled only by its incredibly efficient engineering! Its exclusive self-standing, swing-up, low-watt density heating elements are lightning fast to ensure even and efficient heating throughout each individual frypot. A robust RDT 1 degree compensating temperature probe is mounted directly on the heating elements on each frypot, which provides accurate temperature readings to avoid temperature overshoot. Plus, because it detects even the slightest temperature variants, you can be sure that you're always producing the highest quality food, at a consistent rate.
A built-in filtration system further optimizes the quality and life of your oil, keeping it clean and capable of producing flavorful food. And since the filter is contained within the fryer, it eliminates the need for the additional floor and storage space required by portable filtration units! This fryer features stainless steel frypots, doors, sides and front for impressive durability. A sloping bottom ensures fast draining for easy cleaning and includes three twin fryer baskets per frypot for added convenience. This fryer boasts 34 kW of cooking power and requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
