CONDITION:

This Cleveland Kettle is in Very Good Condition, showing only minimal signs of usage. It was purchased from a local school system where it was surplus equipment because it was never used. It has been FULLY REFURBISHED including being cleaned, serviced and thoroughly tested. The kettle functions perfectly without any issues whatsoever.

You will have a very hard time finding a cleaner, better maintained example of this 100 gallon kettle. As with all used equipment there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches minor dents or dings. Rest assured that if any exist, they are minor in nature, cosmetic only and in no way affect the performance of the machine.

Quickly cook large quantities of your signature broths and soups with the 100 gallon Cleveland KEL-100 stationary 2/3 steam jacketed kettle! Its 2" diameter tangent draw-off valve allows you to easily empty the kettle's contents for serving, while its 50 PSI steam jacket rating is higher than that of many standard kettles for faster, more efficient cooking. Its welded-in heating elements are also better at holding the vacuum and preventing water leaks.

This Cleveland 100 gallon stationary steam jacketed kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots to yield consistently ideal results. Its LED readouts ensure easy monitoring of the heat cycle and water level so you spend less time watching the kettle and more time focusing on other tasks. Plus, its stainless steel contraction ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning! Its rolled rim can stand up to abuse, preventing damage to the kettle, and the heavy-duty flanged feet allow you to bolt the kettle to the floor.

The Cleveland tri-leg 100 gallon steam jacketed kettle with draw-off valve requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection. 208V will put out 14.7 kW while 240V offers 19.6 kW.
