This Groen kettle is in EXCEPTIONAL Condition, showing only minimal signs of usage. It was purchased from a local school system where it was surplus equipment because it was never used. It has been FULLY REFURBISHED including being cleaned, serviced and thoroughly tested. The kettle functions perfectly without any issues whatsoever.

You will have a very hard time finding a cleaner, better maintained example of this kettle. As with all used equipment there may be some minor cosmetic imperfections such as surface scratches minor dents or dings. Rest assured that if any exist, they are minor in nature, cosmetic only and in no way affect the performance.

Description:

The Groen DHT/60 60 gallon tilting kettle is a floor mounted self-contained gas  powered stainless 2/3 steam jacketed kettle. Each DHT/60 kettle is pre charged with pure water and rust inhibitors to allow for minimum maintenance and long life. Groen's floor kettles have the power for rapid browning of ingredients and reduction of bases, have the speed to boil faster than traditional stove top cooking, and the sensitivity to provide gentle, uniform heating making it ideal for heat sensitive product. The Groen DHT/60 is also ideally suited for reheating, finishing, holding and serving hot straight from the kettle.
